Customers have the option to ship their order or pick up in the store. On orders of $75 or more, shipping is free.
All eligible items must be returned with original tags attached .If you receive your item and are unhappy with the outcome, send us an email at email@example.com with a picture of the defective item. Please include a detailed description of your issue of the item. If the return is accepted, we will ask you to return the item to us and then we will refund you within 2 days of receiving the package.
*Ineligible items include: FINAL SALE (or items marked down 40% or more), mystery mailers, monogrammed/personalized products, earrings, and gift cards.
Can everything be monogrammed on the site?
For the most part, yes. Items that can be monogrammed will have the options to enter font and thread color. If these options do not show when selecting the item, they are unable to be monogrammed.
Can I bring my own item, or ship my item, to have it monogrammed? No not at this time.
